DELIVERY
What are your delivery terms?
Orders will be processed only after we have received the customer's payment.
Your order is typically ready to be delivered within 2-3 working days after confirmation of order if received latest by 11am (excluding Sat/Sun & Public Holidays).
We currently only deliver within Singapore and each delivery is on a single location per order basis. Do make sure that the address you provided upon checkout is accurate!
Upon Checkout you can choose your preferred delivery date.

What are your delivery rates?
We offer free delivery for a one-time purchase that is equal to or more than S$145. For orders less than S$145, a S$15 delivery charge will apply.
What are your delivery schedules?
We deliver every day except on Sun & Public Holidays.
Who does the delivery?
We use a 3rd party delivery service to dispatch our products.
However, the wine might be delivered by our owner himself.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you miss a delivery, our delivery will call to inquire if he can leave your order at your doorstep, if not, you will receive an email or call from us to reschedule for a 2nd delivery attempt. However, do note that there will be a re-delivery charge of S$15, so please try to have someone to receive the product(s).
Will you call before delivery?
Yes, we will either call or text you prior to delivery.
Can I get someone to receive the delivery on my behalf?
Sure. All delivery recipients must be aged 18 and above. Upon delivery the order form has to be signed.
