Do you have a physical Store?

Unfortunately not at this stage. We try to minimize the overhead costs so we are able to provide our customers with the best price possible. 


Can I change or cancel my order?
Generally orders cannot be changed once confirmed.
However, please try to contact us either by Whatsapp: +65 8755 1920 or send us an email and we will look into your request.

Can I cancel The Wine Lot Club subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime you want. However, please note if you are subscribing to our Free Chiller subscription option if you cancel within 12 months we will charge you S$ 199 for the chiller.


What is your store's currency?
All prices and transactions in our store are quoted in Singapore Dollars and will be shown as S$ or SGD or $.
